Doctor guide to patient-approved hospital records

Doctors can only access hospital-linked records that a patient has intentionally shared with them.

Hospital-linked records do not appear automatically for doctors. A doctor sees those records only after the patient shares access. If the patient revokes access or the share expires, the doctor should no longer be able to open that hospital-linked record.

This keeps hospital data access patient-approved and time-controlled.
